Exhibit & Sponsorship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Exhibit & Sponsorship Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate exhibit and sponsorship logistics for events
• Serve as a key contact for exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Manage exhibitor logistics and oversee sponsorship activations during events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, event management, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in exhibit and sponsorship services or event operations
• Experience in client relationship management and revenue support
• Strong understanding of exhibit logistics and vendor coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and event management software
