Job Summary

Expansion Account Executive, a full-time remote position, is responsible for driving renewals, upsells, and multi-team adoption within existing commercial and enterprise accounts in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build the expansion playbook and define growth strategies within strategic accounts
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure expansion revenue, net retention, and renewals
  • Collaborate with engineering and leadership to enhance product adoption and customer relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in expansion and renewal sales, preferably in a startup
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools like HubSpot and sales engagement platforms
  • Proven track record of top-quartile sales performance
  • Experience selling technical products such as dev tools or AI platforms
  • Comfortable navigating complex sales processes and ambiguous environments
