Job Summary
Driving sales growth through targeted acquisition and expansion efforts, the full-time remote Expansion Account Manager will oversee 7 to 10 existing customer accounts while engaging with 5 to 8 potential customers, focusing on nurturing relationships and exploring upselling opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Execute territory plans to maximize revenue potential within assigned Enterprise accounts
- Consult with executives to develop and implement effective enterprise-wide strategies that enhance the value delivered by Dynatrace
- Establish a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to facilitate broad and effective sales of Dynatrace solutions
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in Enterprise software sales, particularly at the executive level
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and compressing decision-making timelines
- Fluency in business-level Spanish and English
- Familiarity with the observability and modern application market
- Ability to build and execute effective business plans and sales plays
