Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expansion Coordinator to support the growth and sustainability of its national network of volunteer leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support Hub and Coach events, ensuring smooth communication and leader engagement
  • Maintain the accuracy and strategic usability of Expansion data across platforms
  • Recruit and onboard new volunteer leaders while providing ongoing support to current volunteers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3-5 years of experience with Alpha, either on staff or as a volunteer
  • Experience in leadership and team management
  • Proficiency in program and project management
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with technology and social media
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and support a growing network of churches
