Job Summary
Driving revenue growth within ShipBob's existing customer base, the remote Expansion Manager will manage a book of accounts, identify and close expansion opportunities, and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle across the account base, from prospecting and discovery through pricing, negotiation, and close
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for eCommerce channel expansions and product expansions within existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships to advance revenue opportunities over time
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to manage and prioritize a sales pipeline across a large account base effectively
- Demonstrated knowledge of eCommerce sales channels and logistics operations
- Self-starter mentality with experience in building a pipeline independently
- Experience in SaaS, logistics, eCommerce, or a related field
