Job Summary
A company is looking for an Expansion SDR (XDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities through calls, emails, and social media
- Prospect into a defined target audience with high expansion potential and book qualified demos for Account Managers
- Manage prospecting activity in HubSpot CRM and collaborate with the Account Management team to share insights
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to understand the product deeply
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Resilience and adaptability when faced with challenges
- Availability to work US business hours, Monday-Friday
