Job Summary
A company is looking for an Expansion SDR (XDR) to drive growth efforts in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities through calls, emails, and social media
- Prospect into a defined target audience focusing on accounts with high expansion potential
- Book qualified demos for Expansion Account Managers and manage all prospecting activity in HubSpot CRM
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role (SDR experience is a plus)
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to understand the product deeply
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment
- Comfortable working US business hours, Monday to Friday
- High energy, proactive attitude, and resilience in facing challenges
