Job Summary
A company is looking for an Expansion SDR (XDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities through calls, email, and social outreach
- Prospect into a defined target audience, focusing on accounts with high expansion potential
- Book qualified demos for the Expansion Account Managers and manage all prospecting activity in HubSpot CRM
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role; SDR experience is a plus
- Hunger for success and a proactive attitude
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to understand the product deeply
- Comfortable working US business hours, Monday-Friday
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment
