Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expansion SDR (XDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities through calls, email, and social outreach
  • Prospect into a defined target audience, focusing on accounts with high expansion potential
  • Book qualified demos for the Expansion Account Managers and manage all prospecting activity in HubSpot CRM
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role; SDR experience is a plus
  • Hunger for success and a proactive attitude
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to understand the product deeply
  • Comfortable working US business hours, Monday-Friday
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment
