Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expansion Specialist CSM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and capture untapped revenue opportunities within a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Execute specialized motions to help customers expand their card spend and optimize their financial workflows
  • Assist existing customers with new account setups and entity expansions while collaborating with Senior CSMs and Credit Specialists
