Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expansion Specialist responsible for managing low-touch product expansions and driving revenue through customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume customer inquiries regarding expansion requests and generate executable orders
  • Take ownership of the closing phase, including generating order forms and ensuring successful handoff to Finance
  • Execute proactive follow-up strategies for pending orders and maintain contract accuracy and Salesforce data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in Order Processing, SDR/BDR work, or Inside Sales
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce and hands-on experience with CPQ preferred
  • Familiarity with the "Land and Expand" revenue model and SaaS-specific billing cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate workflow bottlenecks
