Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expansion Team Lead to manage a team focused on selling AI solutions to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of 3-5 Expansion Reps, managing performance and coaching
  • Drive close rates and pipeline performance by diagnosing issues and coordinating with Marketing and Sales
  • Engage in consultative selling and product positioning to ensure effective discovery and objection handling
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of sales experience, including at least 1 year managing a small sales or expansion team
  • Proven track record of improving team close rates through coaching and accountability
  • Experience building or iterating on sales playbooks and enablement materials
  • Comfortable managing phone-heavy sales environments targeting non-technical SMB buyers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and call intelligence tools
