Expedition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expedition Specialist - Reservations Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails from guests
• Provide product knowledge and exceptional guest service regarding bookings and voyage changes
• Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce CRM tool

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a contact center or hospitality industry preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of geography
• Competence with basic computer applications and equipment
