Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expense Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process transferee expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate with transferees and clients via phone and email
  • Enter expense and payroll tax data into accounting system, review and process supplier invoices, assist in client invoicing and reporting

Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years of accounting experience
  • Experience in the relocation industry preferred
  • Familiarity with basic accounting terminology and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to work and a can-do attitude
