Expense Report Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

Processing expense reports for missionaries and mobilization base personnel, the part-time remote Expense Report Accounting Specialist will ensure compliance with established policies and communicate effectively with team members regarding submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Electronically process expense reports and maintain the ERs email inbox, responding to inquiries
• Update team statistics spreadsheet and maintain documentation of policies and procedures
• Assist with additional team needs as assigned

Required qualifications

• Commitment to global missions and the overall vision of the organization
• Familiarity with integrated accounting software and intermediate computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work in a digital and paperless environment
• Good math skills and proactive, positive attitude
• Detail-oriented with the ability to support relevant elements of the US Mobilization Base Manual
