Experience Design Research Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the research team, the full-time remote Experience Design Research Analyst will collect, organize, and analyze user data, assist in executing research projects, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with senior researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior researchers in planning studies and preparing foundational research materials
• Assist in conducting usability testing, surveys, and basic data collection
• Contribute to participant recruitment efforts and coordinate essential research logistics

Required qualifications

• Academic or professional experience in a research-related role
• Foundational understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Familiarity with common research tools or data collection workflows
• Demonstrated interest in user research through coursework, internships, or related experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration
