Experience Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a junior-to-mid-level Experience Designer, the remote position will focus on translating ideas into physical, interactive experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop inventive concepts and ensuring design quality from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Directors and teams to develop strategic and meaningful concepts for physical experiences
• Contribute to the design of installations, environments, and interactive moments while ensuring clarity and brand alignment in user experiences
• Create visual and verbal communications using various media to effectively convey ideas throughout the design process

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a creative agency, experiential studio, or similar environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and physical interaction design
• Ability to communicate concepts visually through sketches, diagrams, and prototypes
• Familiarity with tools for 3D visualization or spatial design, such as Rhino or SketchUp
• Curiosity about how people engage with physical spaces and experiences
