Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Experience Designer who will shape digital experiences and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft immersive experiences by understanding user needs through research and testing
• Create detailed design documentation and prototypes based on customer requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate design thinking into project frameworks and iterate on design solutions

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset
• Ability to map and model enterprise services using service blueprints and journey frameworks
• Experience in designing and conducting user research
• Proficiency in creating low to high fidelity prototypes
• Bachelor's Degree, MFA, dMBA, or equivalent portfolio
