Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Experience Partner will manage strategic customer relationships, drive customer success through hands-on experience and data-driven insights, and serve as a trusted adviser in government customer experience and public engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic customer relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for owned programs
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs, ensuring alignment with their objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution, monitor performance, and drive organic growth through existing client relationships
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or enterprise account management with a focus on human-centered design
  • Proven ability to manage expectations and collaborate with government clients
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and a successful track record in project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building across multiple organizational levels
  • Self-motivated and adaptable problem solver capable of managing competing priorities
