Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experience Strategist to plan and facilitate human-centered design across multiple customer types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creates visions and strategies for user types using primary and secondary research
  • Leads cross-functional teams in design workshops employing human-centered and design thinking methodologies
  • Identifies gaps in understanding and develops strategies to gather necessary information for problem-solving
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, design strategy, or equivalent related work experience
  • 5-10+ years of product strategy, experience design strategy, or digital strategy experience
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through the human-centered design process
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about issues impacting an entire portfolio or business unit
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build executive-level presentations and business cases
