Job Summary

Leading design initiatives across various projects, the full-time salaried Experience Strategy Associate Director will develop innovative, user-friendly solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and guiding design teams remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Guide design teams through the creation of high-quality visual and interactive designs that align with client objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted design advisor throughout the project lifecycle
• Take ownership of the design process from discovery and ideation to prototyping and user testing, ensuring impactful design delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent portfolio
• 10+ years of experience in experience strategy or related fields
• Deep understanding of business strategy and its connection to user experience
• Proven ability to conduct user research and market evaluations
• Experience in co-creating solutions with stakeholders through workshops and collaborative sessions
