Job Summary

To drive critical business processes and deliver transformative digital outcomes, the full-time Experience Strategy Lead will maintain billable utilization targets while overseeing the creation of Experience Strategy artifacts and leading recruitment initiatives, all in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the dedicated Design and Experience Lead for assigned client accounts and projects to meet utilization targets
  • Oversee the creation of Experience Strategy artifacts, including research frameworks, persona development, and journey mapping
  • Lead recruitment and hiring initiatives to scale the Experience Strategy practice while managing departmental standards and workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional experience in experience strategy, CX consulting, or digital transformation
  • 3+ years of managerial leadership experience within a creative or agency environment
  • Proven track record of meeting billable utilization targets while managing practice-level responsibilities
  • Extensive background in the consulting industry, managing client relationships and delivering strategic solutions
  • Experience as the primary Experience Strategy or CX lead on large-scale digital transformation initiatives
