Job Summary
To drive critical business processes and deliver transformative digital outcomes, the full-time Experience Strategy Lead will maintain billable utilization targets while overseeing the creation of Experience Strategy artifacts and leading recruitment initiatives, all in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated Design and Experience Lead for assigned client accounts and projects to meet utilization targets
- Oversee the creation of Experience Strategy artifacts, including research frameworks, persona development, and journey mapping
- Lead recruitment and hiring initiatives to scale the Experience Strategy practice while managing departmental standards and workflows
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in experience strategy, CX consulting, or digital transformation
- 3+ years of managerial leadership experience within a creative or agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting billable utilization targets while managing practice-level responsibilities
- Extensive background in the consulting industry, managing client relationships and delivering strategic solutions
- Experience as the primary Experience Strategy or CX lead on large-scale digital transformation initiatives
