Experienced Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support technical execution for MMIS Medicaid Management Information Systems, the full-time Experienced Business Analyst - Provider+ Configuration Lead will perform SQL development, data validation, and system troubleshooting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and perform in-depth data analysis to troubleshoot system issues
• Coordinate with data conversion teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data
• Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing by validating data and system behavior

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Data Analyst, or Healthcare Systems Analyst
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, transformations, and stored procedures
• Experience supporting MMIS, Medicaid, or Medicaid Pharmacy systems
• Strong understanding of healthcare data and Medicaid domains
