Experienced Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare initiatives, the fully remote Experienced Business Analyst will coordinate IT project workstreams, serve as a subject matter expert, and streamline workflows to enhance client service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to transform requirements into actionable results
• Delegate tasks and coach project team members to design and improve complex business processes

Required qualifications

• Nine or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry, including at least three years of Medicaid and Medicare experience
• Pharmacy experience is strongly preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel features such as macros and relational database software
• Ability to translate technical requirements for a non-technical audience
• Experience in business process re-engineering and strong interpersonal skills
