Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Customer Success Manager (IC) in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customers achieve maximum value from products and services while fostering strong relationships
  • Create and implement comprehensive Adoption Plans tailored to customer needs and metrics
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn to drive recurring revenue growth
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success role within a SaaS environment
  • Ability to align customers' business processes with product capabilities
  • Expertise in customer management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Previous experience in airline operations and understanding of aviation concepts is preferred
  • Experience applying adoption and renewal methodologies to optimize customer engagement
