Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Foreclosure Paralegal - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure cases from referral through conclusion
• Order title, obtain payoffs, and prepare necessary documentation
• Provide updates and timely responses to clients while meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related foreclosure experience
• Broad knowledge of real estate default services
• Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and work independently
• Deadline driven and able to work well under pressure
