Experienced Programmer Analyst

Job Summary

To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Experienced Programmer Analyst will design, code, test, and document complex programs while working remotely and collaborating with project teams to resolve programming challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents highly complex programs while developing intricate test plans
• Designs systems and prepares detailed specifications to meet complex business needs, ensuring comprehensive technical documentation
• Provides technical guidance and support to project personnel, resolving programming issues and leading quality assurance activities

Required qualifications

• Nine or more years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or data warehouse development
• Proficiency in Databricks, Python, SQL, and modern data engineering practices
• Experience in developing and supporting Power BI and Tableau reporting solutions
• Experience in supporting enterprise production environments and developing cloud-based data solutions
• Strong leadership skills to mentor less experienced personnel and guide project teams
