Job Summary
A company is looking for an Experienced Hire Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers and the Director of Talent Acquisition to align recruiting strategies with business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced accounting professionals, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Proactively engage passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline using various tools
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, ideally within public accounting or professional services
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing high-performing tax professionals
- Strong understanding of talent market dynamics in public accounting
- Proficiency with Workday and other ATS/sourcing platforms preferred
