Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Hire Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and the Director of Talent Acquisition to align recruiting strategies with business objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced accounting professionals, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Engage passive candidates through innovative strategies and maintain a deep understanding of the public accounting market
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, ideally within public accounting or professional services
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing high-performing tax professionals
  • Strong understanding of talent market dynamics in public accounting
  • Proficiency with Workday and other ATS/sourcing platforms preferred
