Experienced Test Manager
Job Summary
Leading end-to-end pharmacy testing in a fully remote capacity, the Experienced Test Manager will oversee SIT, UAT, Regression, and Parallel Testing for F6 transaction formats, ensuring quality delivery of PBM and Medicaid pharmacy solutions while managing test strategies and stakeholder communications.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end pharmacy testing across various testing phases to ensure quality delivery of PBM solutions
- Develop and manage test strategies, plans, and schedules in alignment with compliance timelines and regulations
- Oversee pharmacy functional validation and manage defects while coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software testing experience
- 5+ years of Test Management experience
- Strong PBM or Medicaid pharmacy experience with exposure to NCPDP standards transitions
- Experience with large-scale DDI or MMIS modernization programs
- Expertise in claims adjudication, NCPDP transactions, and pharmacy financial validation
