Job Summary

A company is looking for a WC Claims Specialist to manage lower-level workers' compensation claims under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive claims, confirm policy coverage, and acknowledge claims
• Determine the validity and compensability of claims and establish reserves
• Communicate claim status with customers, claimants, and clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
• Minimum of 1 year of industry experience and claims management preferred
• State Certification as an Experienced Examiner
