Job Summary
Providing mentorship and oversight, the remote Experiential Learning Placements Lead II will support Specialist III and IV collaborators by ensuring high-quality site onboarding, compliance with placement processes, and effective communication without handling day-to-day specialist tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor Specialist III and IV collaborators to ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices
- Review complex communications for accuracy and escalate issues to management as needed
- Monitor KPIs and team metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications
- At least one year of proven proficiency in a Specialist III or IV role
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Familiarity with complex site onboarding and outreach processes
- Bachelor's degree preferred
