Job Summary

Supporting learners and sites with onboarding processes, the remote Specialist I, Experiential Learning Placement will manage placements, assist learners with compliance tasks, and ensure all site and learner requirements are met efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage placements for sites with standard onboarding procedures
• Assist learners in completing compliance tasks and meeting deadlines for placement
• Provide real-time guidance and support to learners regarding site requirements and rotation preparations

Required qualifications

• An associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent certification
• Minimum of one year of experience in experiential learning placements, credentialing, or education operations
• Experience providing high-quality customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
