Job Summary

To support learners and sites with streamlined onboarding processes, the remote Specialist II, Experiential Learning Placements will manage placements, assist learners with compliance tasks, and ensure all requirements are met efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage placements for sites with standard onboarding procedures
• Assist learners in completing compliance tasks and meeting deadlines for placement
• Provide real-time guidance and support to learners regarding site requirements and rotation preparations

Required qualifications

• An associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent certification
• Minimum of one year of experience in experiential learning placements, credentialing, or education operations
• Experience providing high-quality customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
