Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experiential Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute innovative B2B events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full marketing lifecycle for virtual events, from promotion to post-event follow-up
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies and materials for custom live events to drive registration and attendance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless event execution and enhance attendee experiences
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of event marketing experience, preferably in B2B
  • Experience with both in-person and virtual events
  • Strong writing skills and a deep understanding of event positioning
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player with a passion for creating exceptional attendee experiences
