Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Experiential Production Consultant, the fully remote contract position will manage high-impact events and activations, advising clients on strategic planning, execution, and optimization while ensuring operational excellence and financial precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and refine a cohesive Experiential Service Offering aligned with market demands
• Partner with Growth and Client Solutions teams to expand client activation spend and drive long-term value
• Conduct Ecosystem Maturity Assessments to diagnose clients' experiential capabilities and design strategic roadmaps

Required Qualifications:

• Deep subject matter expertise in the global experiential marketing ecosystem
• 10+ years of experience in event production and activations for major brands
• Proven track record in production consultancy or agency operations
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial oversight and cost management
• Ability to act as a credible senior-level consultant to maximize experiential investments
