Experiential Production Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly creative and strategic Experiential Production Designer for a contract position, the role will focus on shaping and visually bringing to life a large-scale food and entertainment festival through immersive world-building, spatial design, and concept visualization while collaborating closely with creative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and refine the overall creative vision, developing immersive event concepts and experiential fan engagement strategies
• Design whole physical environments, mapping out audience journeys and complex spatial experiences
• Create polished 3D/CAD renderings and visual concepts to illustrate the event world during early development

Required Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating large-scale environments and high-end presentation polish
• Hands-on experience with CAD rendering and 3D visualization tools
• Proven track record in designing immersive physical spaces and large-format productions
• Ability to ideate and build a world from scratch as a strategic conceptual thinker
• Background in live events, sports-style productions, or themed entertainment
