Expert AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support a cross-functional development team, the full-time Expert AI Engineer will embed into product teams, co-develop AI applications, and help integrate AI into engineering workflows while working remotely from Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Embed into product teams and collaborate with senior engineers on real tasks
• Co-develop and refine AI usage in engineering workflows and support team adoption
• Ensure compliance with internal tools and collaborate with AI/innovation teams for improvements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software, data, or AI engineering, with 3-4 years in AI/ML solutions
• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience with advanced AI systems, including LLMs and generative AI architectures
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience in architecting end-to-end AI/ML solutions and familiarity with cloud-native AI platforms
