Expert AI/Machine Learning Engineer
Job Summary
To support a cross-functional development team, the full-time Expert AI/Machine Learning Engineer will build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows, integrate with customer systems, and ensure quality through rigorous evaluation processes in a 100% remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows using established templates and pipelines
- Write and run evaluations for all developed systems to ensure quality before deployment
- Integrate solutions with customer systems and data sources while monitoring cost and quality metrics
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2.5 years focused on building LLM applications in production
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with strong API craftsmanship and prompt engineering skills
- Experience in writing LLM evaluations as part of the development process
- Ability to ship products quickly while adhering to established guardrails
