Key responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows on the platform's templates
- Write and run evaluations for all developed systems to ensure quality before shipping
- Integrate with customer systems and data sources, instrumenting for cost and quality telemetry
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2.5+ years focused on building LLM applications in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with expertise in API craftsmanship and prompt engineering
- Experience in writing LLM evaluations as part of the development process
- Ability to ship quickly while adhering to established guardrails
