Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Expert AI/Machine Learning Engineer will build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows, ensuring quality through rigorous evaluations and integrations with existing systems.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows using established templates and pipelines
- Write and run evaluations for all developed systems to ensure quality and compliance
- Collaborate with business users to iterate on solutions within defined scopes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2.5 years focused on building LLM applications in production
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with strong API craftsmanship and prompt engineering skills
- Experience in writing LLM evaluations as a critical part of development
- Ability to deliver projects quickly while adhering to established guardrails
- Familiarity with retrieval/IR concepts and healthcare data handling is a plus
