Job Summary
Joining a cross-functional development team, the full-time Expert AI/ML Engineer will build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows, ensuring all systems pass evaluation before deployment while integrating with existing data sources in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows using established templates and pipelines
- Write and run evaluations for all developed systems to ensure quality and functionality
- Collaborate with business users to iterate on projects within defined scopes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2.5 years in building LLM applications in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript, along with API craftsmanship
- Experience in writing LLM evaluations as part of the development process
- Ability to deliver projects rapidly while adhering to established guardrails
- Familiarity with retrieval and information retrieval, particularly in healthcare data handling
