Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Business Analyst - Systems Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
• Act as a subject matter expert and liaison to transform requirements into actionable results
• Delegate tasks and coach project team members to enhance business processes and modifications

Required Qualifications

• Nine or more years of Business Analyst experience in the Healthcare Industry, with at least three years in Medicaid and Medicare
• Experience defining solutions for data exchange through APIs and managed file transfer solutions
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel features and relational database software
• Experience in business process re-engineering
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams
