Job Summary
Leading the drafting and management of a variety of commercial agreements, the full-time Expert Contract Development Manager will oversee the contracting process from initiation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex commercial contracts and agreement packages
- Serve as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams
- Facilitate negotiations and provide guidance on contracting standards, processes, and best practices
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of technology contracting, commercial contracting, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; law degree and/or professional certification preferred
