Key Responsibilities

Research and Analysis of human factors engineering advancements
Conducting Usability Assessments for product improvement
Providing User-Centric Design guidance for inclusivity and accessibility

Required Qualifications

Doctorate Degree in Human Factors Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field
Minimum of 12 years of experience in human factors engineering or related field
Deep understanding of human factors engineering principles and usability standards
Experience with SAFe's Lean Agile principles and practices
PMP Certification and experience supporting the VA or VHA desired
