Job Summary

Expert NOC Engineer, responsible for leading incident response efforts in a full-time role, focusing on strategic management and coordination during critical security incidents and operational outages.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish centralized command and leadership during impactful incidents
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, delegating tasks effectively
• Drive resolution efforts by maintaining focus on incident mitigation and overall progress

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Incident Response or critical IT Operations, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional incidents
• Deep understanding of the Incident Response lifecycle and IT systems
• Experience with incident management platforms (e.g., PagerDuty, ServiceNow IRM)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL v4, SANS GCIH, CISSP) are desirable
