To support a growing team in Bogota, the full-time Expert Recruiter will engage professional leads through various outreach methods, guide qualified professionals through the onboarding process, and connect them with consultation opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Contact professional leads through outbound calls, text, email, and other approved outreach methods
- Act with urgency to generate responses and move professionals through the onboarding and vetting process
- Build credible relationships with professionals while clearly presenting the value of participation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Verbal and written fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued
- Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer outreach preferred
- Proactive and resourceful mindset with strong organizational skills
- Comfort using LinkedIn and other research tools
