Job Summary

A company is looking for Expert Research and Analysis Consultants on Syrian Refugee dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert analysis on the Syrian refugee context, focusing on advocacy and policy efforts
• Lead the production of analytical outputs on various themes related to the refugee crisis
• Collaborate with analysts and specialists to ensure integrated insights for policy and advocacy efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of analytical experience in a think-tank, research institution, UN, or NGO, preferably related to the Syrian refugee crisis
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as international development or political science
• Proven track record of producing analytical products related to humanitarian and displacement contexts
• Experience in primary and secondary research, including mixed-methods data analysis
• Strong quantitative skills and experience with geospatial tools for thematic analysis
