Expert Services Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Services Partner to manage client relationships and ensure service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing tactical needs and long-term planning
• Build trust with clients by aligning solutions with their goals and industry context
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase value and identify upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Service Partnership, Customer Success, or Account Management
• Experience in client-facing roles within consulting or agency settings
• Automotive experience is preferred
• Preferred location in the Dallas, TX area
