Job Summary
Taking ownership of critical system components, the full-time Expert Software Engineer will architect, develop, and maintain high-performance applications in C++, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions involving advanced memory management and concurrent/multithreaded architecture
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers to drive technical growth

Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Mainframe Skills including COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSM
- Expert understanding of dynamic memory allocation, smart pointers, and C++ threading models
- Proficiency with CMake for cross-platform build configuration and Docker for containerized development
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
