8+ years in ITSM / platform / enterprise architecture
5+ years focused on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Deep ServiceNow expertise
ITIL Foundation certification
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent plus 10 years of experience
